PLACE

On a Sun-drenched hill overlooking the Appalachian Mountains, lives a 117-acre polyculture paradise — where honeybees hum, longwool sheep graze, and woodland hogs forage. Wild things roam freely among old growth forests, sun-soaked vineyards, rolling pastures, heritage grains, fruit trees, and meadows of wildflowers.

MISSION

We’re a small team cultivating the most beautiful farm — farming regeneratively, integrating animals, and working by hand to craft estate wines and cuisine that capture our distinct geology, airy landscape, and obsessive attention to detail.

EXPERIENCE

Step into the magic of Burnt Hill. Experience wine and food rooted in living soils, linger around the table, and feel the quiet beauty of a farm built slowly, by hand, and in harmony with nature.

We kindly require reservations to visit the farm.
