The Burnt Hill Lounge is a dreamy, relaxed space to experience Burnt Hill magic and deep hospitality with family and friends. It’s a natural extension of our ethos—where every detail, every pour, and every shared plate invites you to slow down and savor the moment.

While the Tasting Room has always embodied precision and polish—the balance of estate wines, garden snacks, and elevated service that make it feel like pure harmony—the Lounge offers something different. It’s more casual, warmer, and meant for gathering. The lights dim a little lower. The tables fill with laughter and family-style shared plates.

Designed for larger groups but just as welcoming for two at the bar, the Lounge experience opens with a champagne splash pour to set the tone. Guests then enjoy a tasting of four seasonal sister-farm collaboration wines paired with freshly baked sourdough focaccia and spreads. From there, the experience shifts into bottle service and an à la carte menu designed for sharing: generous cheese and charcuterie boards, vibrant salads, sourdough focaccia “pizzas,” and dessert boards that invite lingering conversations.

The Lounge gives our special collaboration wines their moment to shine, embodying the original vision of Burnt Hill: three buildings, three distinct experiences. The Tasting Room, the Lounge, and the forthcoming Chef’s Counter together form a dynamic trio—each with its individual rhythm and purpose, and shared sense of place.
