A Taste of Burnt Hill is a relaxed three hour hilltop food and wine experience in Clarksburg, Maryland. Each visit begins with a welcome glass of our Champagne method Blanc de Blancs, followed by an unhurried afternoon to enjoy the views, hospitality, and beauty of the farm.

Guests explore an à la carte menu of estate wine, seasonal food, cocktails, coffee, and nonalcoholic beverages inspired by what we grow, raise, and produce on the farm and throughout the Chesapeake Bay region. The menu is led by Chef Partner Tae Strain and reflects Burnt Hill Farm’s regenerative agriculture, culinary vision, and estate driven hospitality.
