Step into the magic of Burnt Hill. Experience wine and food rooted in living soils, linger around the table, and take in the beauty of our farm perched atop a hill overlooking the Appalachian Mountains.

Reservations are kindly required to visit the farm.

A Taste of Burnt Hill is a relaxed hilltop experience. Your visit begins with a welcome glass of our Champagne method Blanc de Blancs, followed by three unhurried hours to enjoy the farm.

From there, guests explore a seasonal menu of wine, food, and beverages rooted in what we grow, raise, and make on the farm and throughout the Chesapeake region. Choose from curated wine tastings, glasses, or bottles of our estate wines, alongside signature cocktails, artisan coffees, and thoughtfully crafted nonalcoholic beverages.

The kitchen, led by Chef partner Tae Strain, prepares a menu designed for lingering. Many guests begin with warm stone milled sourdough and house cultured butter or garden snacks served on ceramics handmade from our soils, followed by freshly baked sourdough focaccia pizzas, cheese and charcuterie boards, seasonal salads, and desserts meant for sharing.
