THE ESTATE TASTING EXPERIENCE

The full estate tasting experience is $85 per person—featuring three estate reserve wines, stone-milled bread service, and creative garden snacks served on handcrafted ceramics made from our own soils.

Afterward, you’re invited to explore Burnt Hill further with a selection of seasonal à la carte small plates and a curated wine list—a thoughtful expression of what we grow, raise, and forage here on the farm, prepared by Chef-Partner Tae Strain and our sister farm, Old Westminster.

THE LOUNGE AT BURNT HILL

The $55 per person guided tasting experience in the Lounge features three seasonal collaboration wines paired with freshly baked sourdough focaccia and spreads.


After your guided tasting, the experience opens into a generous à la carte menu made for sharing—featuring cheese and charcuterie boards, seasonal salads, focaccia “pizzas,” and a dessert board that encourages lingering.
